Supplies: 

• Patterned Paper
• Tag
• Ribbon
• Rub Ons – Flair Designs 
• Cardstock - Bazzill 
• Chipboard Hearts
• Flower – Heidi Swapp 
• Letter Stickers – American Crafts 
• Paint – Making Memories 
• Ink – Ranger 
• Brad – JoAnn Scrap Essentials 

Instructions: 

1. Ink edge of cardstock. 
2. Cut patterned paper to 8” x10” and 4” x 8”. 
3. Adhere to cardstock. 
4. Mat photo and adhere to page. 
5. Paint edge of flower and attach to page with a brad. 
6. Apply sticker letters for title. 
7. Add ribbon and rub ons to the tag and adhere to page. 
8. Embellish with chipboard hearts. 
9. Add journaling.
